Lepas event Khamis, my oven didn't wait any longer to heat down. Aceli swiss roll ni pon Bibu tak plan. Faizah buzz me a few days before nak order swiss roll. Hait! It's ok I never wanted to say no to A fren like her and others too coz this is the way we get along and knowing each other. Macam mak2 le..kalo anak2 suke hasil tgn mak de mesti asyik teringat mak aje kan?Hait again!Ini bukan mak ngan anak..ini lain but same concept rite?(apa melalut ni)

Okeh bebalik swiss roll ni, Bibu mmg suke buat swiss roll yg gebus ni sbb senang nak buat (sng nak buat masa sebelum kene golek) sebb sume main sukat, putar, bakar(if you r using stand mixer, mostly will agree with me..aha!) Like I always said, nak role tu kene ati2 sket.Here is the sneak preview:

Choc flavor

Yang ni mix stoberi jem + choc ganache(the filling)

The pandan layer

Maka terhasil 3 choc + 1 oren + 1 pandan.
Pandan + oren + 1 choc layered with buttercream.
Jangan tanye mane gambo tgh gulung?
Nak gulung pon pakai 4 tgn?hehehe
Tapi bab paling best wat swiss role mase buat corak batik tu!

Lepas siap swiss role Bibu kejar buat kek span coklat tuk Mut & famili de sebab Hari ni Hari Pekerja, de pon nak coti jugak kan.Selalu once a month de balik umah sedara de. So far Bibu amat puas ati ngan keje de, kemas + bersih + rajin.I dun mind sending her once a month back to her famili. Kite yang keje ni pon nak coti + santai bersama kuarga kan?Melainkan tade kuarga.

Bakar 2 bekas / 8' tin sekali gus senang tade pening pala nak kerat 2.

Deco sempoi sbb nak kejar masa!

Note :

Previously,I'm selling above SWISS ROLL at RM4.50 each (lebih sket dari giant coz extra panjang ok. Further, I 'm using big square baking tin. Now, I'm thinking to make it shorter so the production batch will be faster and most economical. I'll quote differently :

Jumbo size ~ RM4.50 each
Regular size ~ RM3.50 each
Mini size ~ RM2.50 each
